My group constantly seeks candidates for graduate research assistants (students pursuing PhD degrees preferred). Background in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, chemical engineering, chemistry, or biomedical engineering is required. Hands-on experience in MEMS or nano-scale processing and fabrication, micro/nano sensors and actuators, microfluidics (experimental and/or theoretical), analog and digital circuit design for microsensors, or advanced functional materials (hydrogels, liquid crystals, etc.) is highly preferred.
